• 1–2 years serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Passion for delivering 5-star hospitality.
• Empathetic with ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an extraordinary service experience to the highest industry standards with a distinctive personal touch as one team.
• Assist guests with menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way.
• Take reservations with all required details in a welcoming manner.
• Upsell and implement creative initiatives to boost revenue.
• Share knowledge of offerings, promotions, and general restaurant knowledge.
• Follow all health & safety policies when handling food and beverages.
• Carry out administrative duties, including printing menus and managing stationery requisitions.
