Job summary
Deutsche Bank AG in London seeks a Vice President, Hybrid Cloud Service Transition Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation programmes and service transitions. You will work across Engineering, Product, Operations, Service Management and vendors to ensure production readiness and successful handovers.
You will drive automation, AIOps and GenAI-enabled improvements while maintaining governance and stakeholder engagement. This senior role offers broad impact within GTI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation programmes in large enterprises
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and ServiceNow
- Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders, governance, risks and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Knowledge of RUN, operational readiness and IT service management processes (ITIL)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformation and service transition programmes across multiple workstreams
- Drive service transition and operational readiness with structured knowledge transfer and go-live activities
- Build relationships with Product, Engineering, Operations, Service Management and third-party vendors
- Identify automation and AI-enabled improvements to simplify processes and improve service quality
- Maintain governance, risk management and executive reporting with dashboards and RAID logs
- Leverage Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and ServiceNow to manage delivery and governance
