Deutsche Bank is seeking a Vice President, Hybrid Cloud Service Transition Manager in London to lead large-scale technology transformation programmes and service transitions. You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, Operations and third-party vendors to ensure successful production handover and ongoing support.

The role requires senior-level PM skills, strong governance, and expertise in RUN operations, ITIL, and AI-driven operational improvements, within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation programmes in large enterprises or regulated environments.
• Strong PM discipline across infrastructure, platforms, and production technology environments.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, governance, risks, and multi-workstream delivery.
• Familiarity with RUN, operational readiness, and service transition models (ITIL).

Position Overview

As a Vice President, Technical Project Manager - Technology Transformation & Service Transition, in the Hybrid Cloud Transformation team within Group Technology Infrastructure (GTI), you will lead large-scale technology transformation programmes and service transition initiatives that enable critical business and infrastructure change across a global enterprise. You will work at the centre of Engineering, Product, Operations, Service Management and third-party delivery teams, ensuring technology solutions are delivered, transitioned into production, and supported successfully. In this role, you will drive project execution, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, while helping shape the future of technology operations through simplification, automation, and responsible AI adoption. Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformation, infrastructure and service transition programmes, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources and outcomes across multiple workstreams
• Drive service transition and operational readiness, ensuring successful handover into RUN and production support through structured knowledge transfer, service acceptance, go-live and hyper care activities
• Build and influence stakeholder relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, Service Management and third-party vendors, facilitating governance forums, decision‑making and issue resolution
• Identify and deliver automation, AIOps and AI-enabled improvements, working with technical and operational teams to simplify processes, improve service quality and realise measurable business benefits
• Maintain strong governance, risk management and executive reporting, producing clear dashboards, RAID logs, decision registers and senior management updates while ensuring compliance with control and regulatory requirements
• Leverage industry‑standard delivery tools, including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel and ServiceNow to manage delivery, governance, operational readiness and continuous improvement activities

Your Skills And Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation programmes and projects within large enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong technical project management expertise across infrastructure, platforms, operations, service management, or production technology environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and delivery across multiple workstreams
• Good understanding of RUN organisations, operational readiness, service transition, production support models, and IT service management processes, including ServiceNow and ITIL principles
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and ServiceNow, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes and executive communications
• Experience working with outsourced service providers, cloud and enterprise technology environments, and driving automation, workflow optimisation, AIOps, GenAI, or AI-enabled operational improvements; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, ITIL) are advantageous
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
