Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in London seeks a Director to lead the Hybrid Cloud Programme Delivery, overseeing multi-million-pound initiatives across cloud migration, platform modernization, automation, and service transition. You will partner with Technology, Operations, Infrastructure, Architecture, Finance and Risk to secure successful outcomes and sustainable cost optimisation.

The role requires strategic leadership, executive stakeholder engagement and a track record of delivering complex cloud

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large-scale technology transformation programmes.
Budgets exceeding £20m with multiple delivery streams.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and board-level reporting.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Hybrid Cloud Modernise programme across private cloud, virtualization, storage, network and platform services.
Own governance, financials, planning, risk and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
Lead geographically distributed teams and partners to deliver complex transformations on time and budget.
Provide senior-executive updates translating delivery into business value.
Drive migration and modernization initiatives including Private Cloud transformations and workload migrations.
Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities through automation and cloud governance.
