Job summary

LSEG, London Stock Exchange Group, is seeking a Global Customer Technology Director to drive customer transformation across AI, cloud, and data platforms and to influence product strategy with market insights.

Responsibilities include leading advisory relationships with senior tech executives, shaping opportunities in AI, cloud migration, and data modernisation, and collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to deliver scalable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in senior technology, architecture, or transformation roles within financial markets, data, analytics or cloud tech.
• Ability to influence senior executives and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Commercially oriented and collaborative with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build advisory-level relationships with senior technology executives and articulate transformation strategies.
• Lead thought leadership across AI/ML, cloud, data analytics, and enterprise architecture.
• Guide customers in adopting LSEG platforms and capabilities and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Partner with CSPs and other strategic partners on joint customer engagements.
