Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects within the ProServe organization. You will combine technical credibility with strong program management to drive customer outcomes and ensure successful implementations of AWS-based solutions.

You will work across business and technical stakeholders, applying AWS frameworks such as Well-Architected and the Cloud Adoption Framework, while identifying risks, guiding governance, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering IT projects with external customers.
• Experience in program or engagement management leading multiple PMs.
• Experience with Agile and tools like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex cloud-related engagement programs from inception to completion.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
• Drive governance, planning, and risk/issue management for programs.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and ensure alignment with outcomes.
• Provide engineering discussion leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
