Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services invites an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects, bridging business requirements with technical solutions and guiding cross-functional teams across AWS services.

You will apply AWS frameworks, maintain risk plans, and ensure customer outcomes while navigating governance and security requirements. Eligibility for UK government security clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
Experience in leading the delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalent.
Experience with cloud computing technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead complex cloud migration, modernization and implementation projects.
Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.
Distill customer needs into technical requirements and map to business outcomes.
Decompose complex technical problems into actionable solutions.
Contribute to technical documentation and define standards.
