Job summary

Infotel UK is seeking an ITSM Consultant to lead end‑to‑end design, implementation, and integration of enterprise cloud infrastructure and ServiceNow environments. You will bridge cloud automation with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules, ensuring scalable cloud provisioning and robust MID Server architecture.

Expanding your expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and REST APIs, you will guide architecture across AWS/Azure/GCP while aligning with security baselines and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Lead Systems Engineering.
• Hands-on ServiceNow installation, configuration, and extension.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi‑cloud infra using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Architect scalable compute, storage, and networking across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and cloud resource provisioning workflows.
• Ensure security baselines, compliance, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM deployment and configuration (MID Server, Discovery, CMDB).
• Develop workflows, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and business rules.
• Oversee upgrades, releases, and platform performance tuning.

ITSM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the end‑to‑end design, implementation, and integration of enterprise cloud infrastructure and ServiceNow environments. In this role, you will bridge cloud automation with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules, ensuring scalable cloud provisioning, robust MID Server architecture, seamless API integrations, and optimal configuration of ServiceNow workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi‑cloud infrastructure environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Architect scalable compute, storage, and networking layers across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Automate continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and cloud resource provisioning workflows.
• Ensure infrastructure meets corporate security baseline standards, compliance policies, and performance benchmarks.

ServiceNow Installation & Configuration

• Lead the technical design, deployment, and configuration of ServiceNow instances (ITSM, ITOM, Cloud Provisioning & Governance).
• Configure MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB populations across cloud environments.
• Develop custom workflows, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and business rules within ServiceNow.
• Oversee instance cloning, upgrade management, release management, and platform performance tuning.

Experience

5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer.

ServiceNow Expertise

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) with proven hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and extending ServiceNow platforms.

Cloud Infrastructure

• Proven expertise provisioning cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep).

Integration Skills

• Technical proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and IntegrationHub.

Scripting

• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript (ServiceNow API), Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
