Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect/Lead Systems Engineer to design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow configuration and automation. You will lead deployment across AWS/Azure/GCP using IaC tools and ensure compliance with security baselines and performance targets.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, API integrations, and scripting in JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) with proven hands-on experience installing, configuring, and extending ServiceNow platforms
• Proven expertise provisioning cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep)
• Technical proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and IntegrationHub
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript (ServiceNow API), Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools, with a focus on ServiceNow configuration and automation.
• Ensure infrastructure meets security baselines, compliance policies, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of ServiceNow instances covering ITSM, ITOM, and Cloud Provisioning & Governance.
• Configure MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB populations across cloud environments.
• Develop custom workflows, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and business rules within ServiceNow.
• Oversee instance cloning, upgrade management, release management, and platform performance tuning.
