Job summary

Infotel UK is seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant to join our team. You will analyze, design, and implement ITSM frameworks aligned with client objectives and enhance IT service delivery.

You will configure ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy or similar), design ITIL processes, and guide governance, metrics, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with client teams, train and run workshops, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects while staying current with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Proven ITSM consultant experience, preferably in consultancy environments.
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred.
• Experience configuring ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Client-facing experience with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assess client IT service management processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement ITSM strategies and configure ITSM tools.
• Facilitate ITIL process design and adoption (incident, problem, change, asset).
• Provide governance, metrics, and continuous improvement guidance.
• Support service transition and transformation projects for enhanced capabilities.
• Conduct training and workshops for client teams to build ITSM capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay current with ITSM trends to deliver innovative solutions.
