About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do

As a member of the AWS Engineering Team, you will work with clients to design, implement, and deliver cloud-native solutions. Using your deep expertise in AWS and modern software engineering practices, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud-native architectures using AWS services, serverless technologies, and DevOps principles.
  • Building and managing scalable, resilient infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and AWS serverless components.
  • Driving continuous improvement through Agile/SCRUM methodologies, engaging stakeholders to align on project goals.
  • Mentoring team members and contributing to skill-building initiatives, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred) and cloud-native application development.

  • Application development skills in languages such as Java, Go, or Python.

Security Clearance

This position requires Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. Applicants must have resided continuously in the UK for the last 10 years and meet other detailed eligibility criteria.
