A Cloud Marketplace 2nd LineSupport Analyst focuses on providing advanced technicalsupport for cloud-based systems and services

As a Cloud Marketplace 2nd Line Support Analyst , you'll be responsible for:

• Respond to 2nd line support issueswithin customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Diagnose and resolve technical problemsrelated to cloud services, including issues with virtual machines, storage, and networking
• Monitor cloud systemsand proactively identify and resolve issues
• Escalate unresolved issuesto 3rd Line Support or Cloud Service Providers
• Document all support activitiesand maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto manage and deploy cloud solutions

We'd love you to have

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms(e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with C#, MVC including RESTful API development and consumption with JSON
• Experience within SOA/API architecture
• Web Services development and consumption
• Excellent troubleshooting skillsfor both cloud and on-premises systems
