Job summary

Katapult is hiring a Sales Manager, Cloud & AI in London to lead 6–7 BDMs and drive large cloud and AI deals with C-level buyers. You will decide which UK and Nordic accounts to pursue and shape a repeatable closing approach for the team, influencing a global company's European AI strategy.

You will work with solution architects, partners, marketing and HQ, reporting directly to leadership and building a scalable sales playbook.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud or AI sales (public cloud preferred).
• 3+ years managing a sales team or complex cross-functional projects.
• Solid UK enterprise network; Nordic reach is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6–7 Business Development Managers.
• Decide which UK and Nordic accounts to chase.
• Sit across the table from C-level buyers and close large cloud and AI deals.
• Turn wins into a repeatable approach for the team.
