Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks an Industry Technical Consultant to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for closed loop systems across Europe. You will troubleshoot, optimize water treatment, and enhance thermal management while supporting field teams and customers with practical guidance on new technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Chemistry or Microbiology) required.
• 5+ years experience in closed loop water treatment or related cooling applications.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with field sales and corporate account teams to support industry-specific or strategic technical sales opportunities.
• Support direct-to-chip liquid cooling applications, including commissioning, as part of the wider closed loop portfolio, including cold plate, cooling distribution unit, secondary loop, and infrastructure interface considerations
• Work closely with clients to understand their closed loop and thermal management requirements, recommend suitable treatment and operational solutions, and provide training and support to ensure proper use and optimization of implemented systems.
• Lead problem solving efforts by utilizing various root cause analysis methodologies to resolve application or best practice concerns at customer sites
• Assess water treatment programs, recommend and quantify operational efficiency improvement projects in a documented report.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing on Innovation projects, from ideation to launch, by completing Phase Gate milestones such as refining value propositions, defining operational savings, creating technical documentation, and educating internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead innovation pilot applications, technical trials and market trials
• Delivers value to our customers utilizing a problem-solving mindset to deliver innovative results
• Facilitate training for associates and customers, sharing your specialized knowledge to foster skill development and proficiency.
• Coach individuals in the organization on processes, applications, technologies, and value documentation
