Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks an Industry Technical Consultant to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for closed loop systems. The role focuses on closed loop chemistry, microbiology, fluid compatibility, and heat transfer performance, including direct-to-chip liquid cooling.

You will provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex challenges, train audiences, and translate expertise into actionable recommendations for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across Europe.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of closed loop water treatment and corrosion control.
• Understanding of heat transfer and thermal performance.
• Familiarity with direct-to-chip cooling and fluid interfaces.
• Experience with industrial cooling, HVAC or data center infra.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for customers and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales to support technical sales opportunities.
• Support direct-to-chip cooling as part of closed loop portfolio.
• Understand customer needs and recommend treatment and operational solutions.
• Lead root-cause analyses for applications and best practices.
• Document operational savings and project impact.
