U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is one of the largest providers of corporate trust services in the world. Our clients look to us for trustee, agency, escrow, document custody, and money market issuing services via our 48 domestic offices and three international offices.
We are looking to hire an experienced Relationship / Transaction Manager to focus on the CLO and Structured Finance business, to perform transaction document review and negotiation in compliance with U.S. Bancorp policies and procedures as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
