Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience in clinical research, clinical trial operations, healthcare, digital product delivery, or related with PM and client management.
• Experience with clinical trials and understanding of study planning, initiation, monitoring, and support.
• Strong understanding of clinical research operations, workflows, and sponsor/study team needs.
• Excellent client management with ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in clinical/operational/product/regulated environments.
• Experience with guiding juniors and delegating tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, risks, and client priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM platforms including Wrike and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to demo solutions and translate platform capabilities into value.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets, scope, utilization, forecasting, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for multiple high-level projects supporting digital products used in clinical trials.
• Follow up on key accounts while prioritizing study delivery, client satisfaction, and business goals.
• Work with sponsors, study teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across clinical, operational, product, and technology teams.
• Review timelines, action plans, agendas, notes, metrics, and delivery materials.
• Coordinate activities among clients, study teams, content resources, PMs, product leads, and tech teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, items, and client concerns; escalate to senior management as needed.
• Provide guidance to account executives and project members to ensure consistent execution.
• Monitor delivery performance, outcomes, budgets, and utilization; advise on scope/budget changes.
• Support demonstrations, implementation planning, proposals, and new business presentations.
• Identify opportunities for customer retention and expansion of digital products and services.
