Job summary

Clinigen Group is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead delivery of patient access programs for key pharmaceutical and biotech accounts. You will manage relationships at senior client levels, develop detailed project plans and ensure delivery in line with scope and budgets.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, track KPIs, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth within existing programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role managing key accounts.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Degree in Science or Business preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of objectives for key accounts with senior client interaction.
• Develop client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Lead client meetings, map timelines, and develop project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program scope.
