Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in clinical research, clinical trial operations, healthcare, or digital product delivery with project management and client management.
• Strong understanding of clinical research operations and sponsor/study team needs.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client relationship lead for assigned accounts and studies, facilitating regular touchpoints and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Provide robust cross-functional project management for onboarding, deployment, and delivery of digital products in clinical trials.
• Review timelines, calendars, action plans, agendas, call notes, metrics, and account materials.
• Coordinate activities among clients, study teams, content resources, project managers, product leads, technology teams, and other stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, action items, and client concerns; escalate to senior management when needed.
• Guide and oversee account executives and project team members to ensure consistent execution across studies.
• Monitor delivery performance, budgets, utilization, and communicate changes to senior management and clients.
