You will lead cross-functional teams, manage start-up to close-out, ensure timeliness, budget adherence, and high-quality data in collaboration with pharmaceutical partners. The role requires strong leadership, expertise in ICH and GCP, and a hands-on approach to study management, budgeting, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from start up through to close out effectively and with hands-on monitoring.
• Support study management and day-to-day operations for CPJM team.
• Identify operational challenges and escalate to stakeholders; suggest improvements.
• Prepare and maintain study documentation.
• Manage monthly budgeting for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with services.
• Coordinate client interactions and manage expectations and deliverables.
• Prioritise tasks across projects with competing deadlines.
