Job summary

Cadent, powered by Syneos Health, is seeking an Account/Project Manager to act as the day-to-day point of contact for multi-project accounts supporting digital products used in clinical trials. You will work with sponsors, study teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support successful implementation, adoption, and study delivery.

The role emphasizes managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and client communications, while coordinating disparate teams to drive outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and clinical trial experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Strong written and oral communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for multiple accounts and projects.
• Support plan execution, delivery, and study-level outcomes with senior oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among sponsors, study teams, and internal teams.
• Monitor risks, issues, and budgets; prepare metrics and reports.
• Assist with business development and client-facing materials.
