Job summary

Oakridge Park Medical Centre in Milton Keynes is seeking a Clinical Systems Manager to run its clinical system, including templates, searches and data quality. The role also covers budgeting, procurement, and stock control, with oversight of clinical coding and information governance compliance.

Experience with SystmOne and NHS primary care contracts is essential, as is the ability to lead digital transformation projects and train staff across clinical and admin teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in General Practice or primary care
• Advanced use of GP clinical system SystmOne
• Experience with data reporting and quality improvement
• Experience delivering staff training
• Knowledge of information governance and data protection

Responsibilities

• Lead on management and optimisation of the clinical system, including templates and workflows
• Ensure accuracy and quality of patient records and GDPR compliance
• Produce performance reports and dashboards to support targets (QOF/contractual)
• Train staff and provide user guides and SOPs for clinical and admin teams
• Oversee day-to-day financial administration linked to the system, budgets and procurement
• Coordinate with PCNs, ICBs and external suppliers on system-related work
