Job summary

Acorns Children's Hospice is seeking a Clinical Systems & Data Analyst to maximise the value of our clinical systems and data to support high-quality care. You will develop and optimise SystmOne and other systems, ensuring the needs of clinical and operational teams are met.

You will analyse clinical and operational data, produce dashboards and insights, and support configuration, testing, and improvements. A DBS check and evidence of immunisation may be required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Health, Social Care, Data/Analytics or related field.
• Experience handling data in healthcare, charity, or education settings.
• Experience configuring or optimising SystmOne functionality.
• Ability to train and support users on clinical and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clinical and operational data and produce dashboards and insights for teams.
• Support and develop SystmOne and other systems, configuring improvements.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide training and system support across Acorns services.
