As a Clinical Support Manager (CSM), you'll be part of a committed team acting as trusted customer advisors to deliver product education and nurture profitable growth within the region.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Manage sales opportunities relating to SSI Prevention
2. Provide clinical support and education to Key Account Managers (KAM)
3. Educate customers on ORS products for effective clinical use
4. Report on new clinical products and information for portfolio enhancement
5. Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and advocates to increase support and usage
6. Monitor competitor activities and product news
7. Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and wider CSM team to develop tools

What you'll need:
