About the Role

Location: Management - Boclair Care Home

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £24.00 Per Hour

Shift Type: Days

Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week

This luxurious, private care facility in the affluent suburb of Glasgow offers elegant accommodation for up to 80 residents, providing Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care.

Are you a Registered Nurse passionate about delivering exceptional care and leading teams? As a Clinical Services Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of clinical care, leading and supporting the care team effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Lead with Excellence: Monitor and uphold high standards of care, providing professional support to staff.
2. Care Planning: Review and oversee care plans, risk assessments, and medication processes.
3. Assessment: Ensure assessments are completed accurately before resident admission.
4. Staff Deployment: Manage staffing schedules to meet residents' needs efficiently.
5. Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents and families.
6. Training & Development: Collaborate on staff training programs and identify development needs.
7. Leadership: Act as the Home Manager in their absence.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.
• Proven experience working independently in a clinical setting.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
