Job summary

The Pall Mall Surgery in Leigh-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Clinical Support Lead to oversee the Clinical Support Team and advance patient services. You will manage administrative workflows, including AI-assisted processing, e-Consult requests, blood test recalls, and QOF reviews, while working with GPs and practice managers to improve efficiency and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Clinical Support Team in delivering administrative services.
• Ensure directives and changes are communicated and implemented consistently.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and optimise systems.
• Collaborate with GP leads and managers to improve document management and reduce workload.
• Support recall programmes and initiatives to maximise patient engagement and practice performance.
• Assist with investigation and resolution of complaints relating to clinical support activities.
• Coach and develop team members for professional growth.
