Job summary

Catalent Bathgate in Scotland is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate client projects from award to completion, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are met. You will manage documentation, materials and financial forecasting while maintaining strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of Project Management essential; client-facing skills required.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects with leadership and facilitation.
• Science degree and/or apprenticeship or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech or manufacturing industry desirable.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead multi-site teams.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Project Plans from award to completion to meet milestones.
• Manage projects across single or multiple business lines/sites as assigned.
• Lead client and internal team meetings to drive project delivery.
• Ensure project timelines and budget requirements are met; monitor milestones.
• Notify Finance of milestone completions for billing; act as client advocate.
• Promote Catalent services at client meetings and with sales teams.
