Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Clinical Supply Operations Support Specialist to join our GMP-regulated team. The role covers receipt, packaging, labeling, warehousing and distribution of clinical supplies, plus data entry, document control and file management.

You will work a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, in a full-time permanent capacity, ensuring compliance and timely service at client sites. You will manage documentation in GMP environments, support operational activities across systems, coordinate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including Mathematics and English.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use software for documentation management, operations and reporting.
• Excellent documentation, organisational and record-keeping skills in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain physical and electronic GMP documentation, including filing, archiving, and quality checks.
• Support data entry and administration across GMP and non-GMP systems (SharePoint, inventory platforms, reporting tools).
• Coordinate materials and logistics: stock monitoring, labeling, shipment prep, deliveries tracking.
• Monitor requests, orders and metrics; escalate issues and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with training and quality standards; support wider team as needed.
