Job summary

Vita Health Group is recruiting a Step 2 Clinical Supervisor to join the NHS Talking Therapies leadership team in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The role involves supervising PWPs, ensuring clinical quality through audits, and contributing to strategy alongside Clinical Leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical supervision of PWPs.
• Proven ability to contribute to strategy and leadership.
• Adherence to the clinical competency framework and regular clinical audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise Step 2 interventions for mild to moderate mental health disorders.
• Supervise Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) and oversee case management.
• Support Clinical Leads to maintain high standards of clinical delivery.
• Contribute to service strategy and ongoing professional development.
