Job summary

Vita Health Group Limited is looking for a Step 2 Clinical Supervisor to work in Kent and Medway with hybrid and remote days, and travel for away days. You will supervise Step 2 interventions, ensure NICE-aligned practice, and support PWPs with case management using an outcomes-focused approach.

The post involves clinical audits, reflective practice, and possible deputising for the Step 2 Clinical Lead. On-site presence is required at least one day per week as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Will supervise Step 2 interventions for PWPs.
• Adhere to NICE guidelines and NHS TT Manual.
• Maintain clinical quality via regular audits.
• Collaborate with Step 2 Clinical Leads and other leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise Step 2 interventions for PWPs.
• Oversee case management supervision with an outcomes-focused approach.
• Lead and facilitate reflective practice and clinical skills groups as needed.
