Join Our Team as a Clinical Specialist in Newcastle

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist to support our Joint Replacement team based in Newcastle. This casual, hourly-rate position involves providing clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff, primarily during hip and knee replacement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures.
  2. Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
  3. Deliver training and education on Stryker products to hospital staff.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team for territory objectives and case planning.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and clinical techniques.
  6. Support hospitals across the Northern Territory, including occasional weekend work for urgent cases.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, theatre environment.
