Job summary

Yeovil College is looking for a Clinical Skills Lecturer to deliver practical learning experiences for Health and Social Care students in Bath. You will translate clinical expertise into engaging teaching and help manage a sequenced curriculum that prepares learners for their next step.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional clinical experience, current registration, and a passion for inspiring learners to succeed in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Nurse, Midwife, Allied Health Professional, or Paramedic.
  • Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Paramedic Science, or a BSc in a healthcare-related field.
  • Current professional registration with NMC, HCPC, or GOsC as applicable.
  • Experience building and maintaining professional networks within the health sector to enhance educational programmes.
  • Passion for teaching and motivating learners to achieve their potential.
  • Experience supporting young people in developing skills and confidence.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and clear, confident communication skills.

What we're looking for:

What we offer:
  • Annual Salary: £39,917 up to £45,539
  • £5,000 golden hello and up to £1,500 relocation allowance
  • Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
