Job summary

Harbour Healthcare, a family-run care provider with 41 care homes across the UK, is seeking a Clinical Regional Manager for the Consett/Stanley/Bishops Auckland region. The role delivers business and quality targets across a portfolio of homes, with direct line management of Home Managers and a focus on customer-driven service and continuous improvement.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years regional/multi-site experience and NMC Pin.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years regional/multi-site experience
• Ideally RN/RMN/RNLD or NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
• Broad experience of operating at a management level with care homes

Responsibilities

• Deliver business and quality performance targets for a portfolio of care homes.
• Provide direct line management to Care Home managers and foster a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and support Directors in achieving strategic objectives.
• Conduct monthly visits to care homes including KPI reviews, service improvement plans, and maintenance/environment checks.
• Lead governance meetings and training initiatives to improve home performance.
