Chartered Physiotherapist | Clinical Director of Edinburgh Sports + Spinal Physiotherapy

Are you a friendly, organised and proactive individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Join our dedicated team atEdinburgh Sports + Spinal Physiotherapy, a leading private clinic committed to helping people move better and live pain-free.

Hours:27.5 hours/week, with shifts primarily between 10:00am – 4:00pm

Location:ESS Physiotherapy, David Lloyd Edinburgh, EH12 8GZ

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage bookings, phone calls, emails and online enquiries
  • Support our physiotherapists with smooth daily operations
  • Process payments and manage invoicing and insurance admin
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient reception space

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous reception, front desk or administrative experience (ideally in a healthcare setting)
  • Strong clerical and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfortable with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong typing skills are required for efficient communication and documentation
  • A professional demeanour with outstanding phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications is essential
  • Confident using technology and booking software (training provided)
  • Someone reliable, friendly and team-oriented
