Qualificações

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC/PSNI/PSI).
• Proven experience leading patient and customer care in a pharmacy.
• Ability to deliver NHS, local and private services with high standards.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to coach others.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver NHS and local services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor and continually improve care and safety standards.
• Support Store Manager and develop the wider healthcare team.
• Coach and mentor colleagues and represent Boots in the community.
