Boots UK is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to deliver trusted care across communities, combining clinical expertise with compassionate service. You’ll lead NHS and private services, uphold safety standards and mentor your team.

Based in the United Kingdom, you’ll work with a supportive store team, develop patient relationships, and help drive accessible, high-quality pharmacy care in everyday settings. You will have opportunities to advance, with CPD support and leadership pathways available

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with coaching capability.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced and private services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using both in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities served; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
