Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a pharmacist to join our community-focused team. You will provide NHS, locally commissioned and private services, using in-store and digital tools to deliver trusted care and advice.

You’ll lead patient safety standards, uphold pharmacy compliance, and collaborate with the store team to develop capabilities across the healthcare offer. With strong communication and a passion for patient-centric care, you’ll coach colleagues, support service expansion, and represent Boots

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with willingness to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop the wider healthcare team.
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues to grow talent reflecting the community.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
