The role focuses on leading patient care, delivering NHS and private services, and developing the healthcare team while representing Boots to the community and professionals.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC/PSNI/PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with eagerness to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate and continually improve care and safety standards.
• Work with Store Manager to develop capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Coach and support colleagues; grow talent reflecting community needs.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
