Job summary

Boots UK is seeking an experienced pharmacist to deliver NHS, private, and local services using in-store and digital tools, while upholding patient safety standards. You will lead care quality, collaborate with the store team, and represent Boots in the community and with healthcare professionals.

The role emphasises coaching colleagues, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to a supportive, patient-centered pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• GPhC/PSNI/PSI registration required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Collaborative, coaching mindset and team-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent by coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
