Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a pharmacist to deliver trusted care and services in the community, using clinical expertise daily within a supportive team and with modern tools. The role emphasizes patient safety, professional standards, and community engagement.

You will lead and mentor colleagues, deliver NHS and private services, and collaborate with store leadership to strengthen the healthcare offering across Boots locations.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with willingness to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead patient safety and pharmacy compliance by upholding professional standards.
• Monitor and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the wider healthcare team's capability.
• Coach and support colleagues, growing talent across the team.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
