Boots is looking for a pharmacist who can deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools. You’ll lead professional standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance, and continually improve care and safety in partnership with the Store Manager.

You will grow talent and coach colleagues, representing Boots within the community and with healthcare professionals across our stores. This role offers opportunities across Boots' clinical leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach and guide others.
