Boots is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services from stores, while upholding clinical excellence and patient safety. You will lead a healthcare team, coach colleagues, and collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance care within the local community.

The role emphasises professional standards, patient-centred service, and building partnerships with healthcare professionals to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop the healthcare team.
• Coach and support colleagues while growing talent reflecting the community.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
