Boots is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety standards and pharmacy compliance while collaborating with the Store Manager to grow the healthcare team.

You will help monitor and continually improve care quality, mentor colleagues, and represent Boots within the community and with healthcare professionals. A strong focus on patient care and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach others.

Responsabilités

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
