Job summary

Boots is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety and pharmacy compliance, while monitoring and continually improving care standards.

You will work with the Store Manager to grow the capability of the healthcare team and mentor colleagues across the store. In this role you will represent Boots in the local community and with healthcare professionals, supported by a brilliant team and resources.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate and improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Coach, mentor and support colleagues across the team.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
