Boots UK is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety and pharmacy compliance while collaborating with the store team to improve care standards.

You will mentor colleagues, develop the healthcare team, and represent Boots with local healthcare professionals. A strong regulatory background and a passion for community care are essential for success.

Formación

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced and private services
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach others

Responsabilidades

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
• Monitor, evaluate and continually improve standards of care and safety
• Work with Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
• Grow talent that reflects the communities served; coach and mentor colleagues
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
