Job summary

Boots is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services, using in-store and digital tools, with a patient‑centred approach. Lead professional standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance, and drive ongoing care improvements.

You will work with the Store Manager to develop the healthcare team's capability, mentor colleagues, and represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities we serve; coach and support colleagues.
