Job summary

NSFT in Norwich is seeking a Performance and Insights Analyst to join the Initial Response Service (IRS) 24/7. You will provide data quality reports, insight, and performance dashboards, collaborating with clinical and management teams to drive service improvement.

You will triangulate data from BI tools, communicate complex information clearly, support data quality initiatives, and help develop BI tools to demonstrate how the service is performing across NSFT.

Qualifications

• Managing people and service improvement responsibilities.
• Delivery of performance reporting using BI tools including Excel.
• Communicating performance data clearly in reports and presentations.
• Experience within an NHS contracting environment.
• Ability to use BI tools and IT systems to present information.

Responsibilities

• Work in a core analytical function handling data supplied by the BI function.
• Clearly communicate technical information and data in presentations and written formats.
• Collaborate with Locality colleagues and NSFT staff as a business partner.
• Contribute to the development of BI tools to demonstrate performance.
• Support data quality improvement for the Service and the organisation.
• Support organisational improvement within the newly developed IRS service.
