Job summary

The successful candidate will manage the contact centre, collaborate with social care teams, and develop reporting and dashboards to inform decision-making at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and interpretation across multiple sources.
• Ability to produce dashboards, reports and analytical summaries.
• Experience supervising or providing professional oversight to staff.
• Knowledge of local government and services for children and families is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance data to inform operational management and service improvement.
• Maintain local performance reporting on call demand, waiting times and service performance.
• Validate, interpret and present data for diverse audiences.
• Prepare reports, briefings and dashboards for managers and partnership forums.
