Job summary

Pinn Medical Centre in London is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the Senior Management Team. You will handle meeting coordination, staff rotas, onboarding, and first-line IT support, contributing to smooth daily operations and patient-facing communications.

The role emphasises independent working, confidentiality, and the ability to escalate clinical or strategic issues as needed. NHS-related experience is a bonus along with IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with staff, patients and external organisations.
• Strong IT literacy and quick to learn new systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual, study and absence leave and rotas for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Organise weekly meetings, maintain records and track actions.
• Provide first-line IT support and manage staff onboarding/leaver processes.
• Manage practice website and patient-facing media; produce operational reports.
