A public health organization in Launceston is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist for aged care services. The role involves supporting older Australians and their families within the Launceston General Hospital and working closely with various clinical teams. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in aged care and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board. This part-time position offers a salary range of $106,570 to $112,440 plus additional benefits, ensuring a rewarding career experience in Tasmania.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist for Aged care services assists the dynamic hospital aged care liaison (HALT) & Residential aged care home liaison (RACHL) team at the Launceston General Hospital.

Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date until 31 October 2028.

$106,570 to $112,440 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
